Prompt and expert handling of rat problem
I met a rat in my kitchen. Mutual panic. The rat fled; I called Tower Pest Control. Brian came out first thing next morning, and in the interim, my (attached) neighbour had also met a rat; Brian found the rats' entry points in both kitchens, worked out how they were reaching those entry points, laid bait and traps, and came back a fortnight later to check the results and block holes. He talked us through every step and told us what to do next to fix the root cause (drains problem). Squirrel issue

Mice removal
Brian did a great job at removing mice and making sure they didn’t come back. I called Brian in a panic about 6pm on the day as soon as I found them and he managed to fit me in at 8am the next day. He was really knowledgable and explained everything he was doing, giving me lots of advice as well which was appreciated. He came back again a couple weeks later.
