    Hornet nest removal.

    We had a hornets nest in an Acer. After posting on Checkatrade, the Company contacted us quickly. After discussion, we arranged for the work to be done and it was completed the same day. The whole business was carried out very efficiently.

    Prompt and expert handling of rat problem

    I met a rat in my kitchen. Mutual panic. The rat fled; I called Tower Pest Control. Brian came out first thing next morning, and in the interim, my (attached) neighbour had also met a rat; Brian found the rats' entry points in both kitchens, worked out how they were reaching those entry points, laid bait and traps, and came back a fortnight later to check the results and block holes. He talked us through every step and told us what to do next to fix the root cause (drains problem). He was competent and reassuring, and if I have any other pest problems in future, I won't hesitate to call.

    Professional job quickly executed

    Brian visited very recently and did a fantastic job. He installed pet friendly traps ensuring everything was secure He was extremely professional explaining it all to us. Two weeks later the problem has been eradicated

    Squirrel issue

    Brian responded quickly to our initial enquiry. He came out the next day and was able to identify that it was squirrels in the loft and dealt successfully with it. Excellent communication and a good job done. Would recommend.
