  Supply and fitting of new thermostatic shower valve

  Communication during the quote stage was very quick. Callum also explained what mixer valve he would suggest and what it would do in answer to my questions (I am not an expert!) Due to issues on both sides, the agreed date for the work to be carried out was delayed by a couple of days. However, when a new date was fixed, the job was carried out quickly, cleanly and efficiently.

  Callum was very thorough in seeking to solve our radiators issue. He concluded that given the age and the fact it was a one-pipe system that a flush would not work. Pump was working. I appreciated his honesty in not wanting to quote for work that was unlikely to solve the issues. Whilst he was here he fixed our shower wall outlet.

  This rating would have been considerably higher had the operative turned up less than 6 hours late. This was due to an administrative error, and even though I was kept apprised of the situation it is still moderately annoying that a meeting that an appointment for 09-00 didn't occur until after 15-00. Apart from that all other aspects of the job were very good.

  Radiator Installation

  Perfect. Respectful, polite, shoes off, great work and even vacuumed after having to go into the loft. I will be contacting Callum at the end of summer to replace my other radiators. Can't fault him. Very pleased indeed.
