9Rearranged day to attend and fix issue, as I was without water. First issue lead to further issues, as air had unknowingly filled system, received the same treatment again the next day. By chance my tap also started leaking and they replaced the whole tap with no issues. Wasn’t part of original request but flexible enough to fix anyway. Good company full of nice people that want to help. Good with prioritising and just good in general.
