Paul arrived on time and very efficiently cleared the was nest in the garden. I would highly recommend him. First class

The rats were getting in the loft via the wall cavity due poor brickwork pointing. He put rat bait the loft and in 2 rat boxes in the garden and left it for 4 weeks. After this time the bait had gone and the rats were no more. Great job! (I also repaired the pointing)

I had called a few pest control company's but only got answer machine's or promises to call back , none came . I called The Pest Detective and got straight through . I was infested with cat fleas from looking after a friends cat for 3 weeks and I was in a very bad stressed out state . Paul Storey who runs the company was SO understanding and helpful AND he came very quickly . He sprayed the house throughout , he was very polite and courteous and he put me at ease as soon as I met him . I no longer have fleas thank god and I would highly recommend you use his service's .

Phoned one day Paul was round our place the next day. We originally thought it was a rat but Paul discovered it was birds, located where they were coming in and blocked it off. He was polite friendly and has done an excellent job. The price he quoted us is the price we paid no hidden extras. And we are now no longer sharing our home with birds.

Please be aware that this company doesn’t offer a 24hr 7 days a week service as advertised- tried to contact them and did manage to get through on the checkatrade listed mobile number and was told that they are shut at weekends as ‘they have to take a break sometimes’ . Appreciate that but perhaps change the website information please. Disappointing as they sounded good - assuming this is for all areas as my whereabouts wasn’t established in the call.
