Good price, good work and very reliable
Phil and Tom came and spent some time measuring and discussing what we wanted for the ensuite full refurbishment. Although only 5 years old the previous 'DIY' job from the last house owner was done badly and had persistent leaks and mould. The quote from Phil wasn't the cheapest, but neither the most expensive but they gave a fixed quote, which was what we needed to budget. There were small cabinet leaks afterwards, but no arguments. After several attempts to reseal, a faulty cabinet screen was diagnosed and replaced. It's now perfect. Very smooth and positive experience
We were very pleased with the service that we received from Tom and Phil to re-plumb, re-tile and fit 2 new showers. They were responsive over messaging and email and provided a clear and accurate estimate for the works - both cost and time required onsite. They were very respectful of our home while on site and kept the space as clean and tidy as possible. They always asked when there was a decision to be made - no matter how small. They always took time to explain the options.
