Terry replied promptly to our message and came the next day. He worked carefully and quickly to remove the faulty mechanism and replace it with a new one. Since the cistern has a smaller capacity than usual he went to buy the best equipment for the space. Brilliant service from start to finish. Old tank removed, new boiler installed quickly and with no fuss. Terry was professional, tidy, and clearly knew his stuff.
