Fantastic job. Mark removed bath and replaced with a walk-in in shower. The shower he recommended is brilliant. Tiles the walls. Fitted an extractor fan and new ceiling lights . Plastered the ceiling, fitted flooring , replaced toilet with higher toilet and built in unit. Mark cleaned up after himself and has a high standard of workmanship.

We’re extremely pleased with our bathroom refit. Mark accommodated all our requests and any changes we needed along the way, while keeping us informed throughout the project. Mark's experience and advice was invaluable when decisions needed to be made. What stood out most was the honest, personal service and attention to detail.. He handled everything including plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, plastering, carpentry and even painting. The end result is excellent and we would highly recommend.

We have been using Mark for over 10 years for kitchen replacement, bathroom replacement and plastering of the whole house. He is without doubt the most reliable, professional and trustworthy workman we have ever used. Always on time, always cleans up and an absolute perfectionist. Second time we’ve used TP Property Services this time we wanted our electric en-suite shower that was built into a cupboard removing completely plastered and made safe to turn back into a cupboard mark was on time kept us informed of the work being done left our home spotless after and even completed the job earlier than expected for a great price we wouldn’t use anyone else other than this company for any future projects highly recommend if you want a job doing properly give this company a call

After being let down several times by previous tradesmen, Mark was our saving grace! He was quick to respond to our initial query, efficient to book the job, and did a fantastic job of transforming our upstairs WC. And at such a reasonable price! Will 100% contact again for any future work, and recommend to others!

Mark did a superb job in our bathroom, which included finishing off the removal of the old suite and tiles, then fully re-fitting. The project included building a stud wall with a niche in the shower area and a unit behind the toilet, full-height tiling on all the walls and the floor, plumbing in the new suite, and adding a lit mirror. He was diligent and hardworking, going above and beyond to ensure that he delivered a really high quality result that will last us many years to come.
