Very quick at answering the phone and arriving at the property. Very friendly and helpful. The job was done in seconds and we were able to get on with our day.

Recently had an extra layer of security fitted to an external door. The fitment and customer service was exceptional, Neil has a great knowledge around his trade an gave his own advise on potential options and what was best. Great communication throughout and would be highly recommended.

Door lock needed adjusting, and he was on time, prompt and solved the issue easily.

I came home and I’d broken my key in the lock. I used checkatrade and found the excellent reviews for TPS locksmiths Cardiff and phoned and spoke to Neil. This was at 14:55. By 15:25 Neil had been and sorted out my lock for me and even put my new key on my key ring to protect my nails . Brilliant service, I would definitely recommend. Thank you Neil for coming out so quickly, especially as you had friends staying this weekend as well.
