As replacing every window and door was going to five days, they took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the process clearly, and ensure we felt confident throughout. The installation team was exceptionally professional, courteous, and hardworking. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated they removed the old frames with little mess. Very prompt visit by the salesman, window was measured and a quote given there and then, which was very reasonable in comparison to other companies. This visit was promptly followed up by Tony, checking all was correct on the initial quote and the measurements taken again. There was a 6-8 wait which was aware of. Fitter turned up on time and did a great job, left no mess. Would thoroughly recommend and use again! Thank you

Peterborough Branch after recommendations from 2 neighbours. From start to finish it has been a joy. Stefan their sales person was not pushy, none of this phone my manager rubbish, he gave some excellent suggestions and listened to what we wanted and the price was cheaper than I expected after research etc Rob the surveyor was extremely efficient and came and checked on the fitters several times- it was a 7 working day job The fitters were brilliant, on time everyday, they only stopped when we made them tea, they cleared up and they did a brilliant job. Excellent all round

Everything was great from start to finish, the admin communication through to the fitters themselves. I’m really pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend this company.
