Front Lawn into driveway

Take up block patio on three sides of end terrace and relay with Indian Sand Stone
I have an End Terrace house and paid Trade Master £19,000.00 (Nineteen Thousand) to take up block stone and replace with Indian Sand Stone paving on the tree sides of my house. Soon after he left the Indian Stone started to have white blotches all over (Efflorescence) with extremely bad and uneven grouting.
