He contacted me and arrived at the agreed time. Put up shelves and wall mirror. Measured up for the shelves in two cupboards and a broken glass plain in kitchen door. Richard installed a shower head, didn't test to see if it worked but told me it was all good. I tried to use the shower today and it doesn't work, the water doesn't come out. I called Richard to ask if it worked when he tested it and he said "no the water had never come out, sorry". I asked him why he didn't tell me about it when he was here. He got very defensive, said it's not his fault, he said I should have tested the shower myself and he's not taking responsibility for it, then he hung up on me.Verified reviewerJob location: EN6Response from TradesPro ltd
