1. Microporous paint and stain coatings sprayed at our factory provide excellent protection with little upkeep. All our windows and doors are factory painted before installation, giving complete protection against moisture absorption and in turn extending the life of the product.
2. The glass for our windows is fitted from the room side, to ensure maximum security from anyone intending to obtain access by removal of the glass. Our windows also include internal beading – the part of the frame that holds the glass in place – for added security and peace of mind.
3. Factory-applied silicone in your chosen colour ensures a precise, neat and tidy inconspicuous seal. Silicone is dispensed through specially-designed slots on the inside and outside of the glass to prevent water infiltration.
4. Ventilation channels significantly reduce the risk of double-glazing misting. Double-glazed units are protected from failure by ventilation passages.
5. Our multi-layer timber sections with opposing grains help counteract warping and twisting, since the opposing grains balance out the natural moisture movement.
6. Our windows and doors are double glazed as standard, with improved thermally-insulating glass, resulting in a low U-value. Filling the cavity with argon gas and adding low-conductivity spacer bars improves the unit’s efficiency even further. When compared to single glazing, this represents an 80% increase in energy savings.
7. The optical clarity from our glazing is exceptional. When compared to typical hard-coated “Low Emissivity” glasses, our advanced glass technology not only improves thermal performance but also improves clarity.

9. Our glazing beads have been rebated to reduce unattractive gaps between the frame and the bead. Usually, paint is prone to breaking at the point where the bead joins the window frame in a normal wood installation.
10. Our windows are installed with innovative security locks that wrap around the openers on our casement windows. These locks engage bolts in a multiple of points in the windows. Our doors can be fitted with a variety of furniture choices, including a multi-point locking mechanism, featuring hook-bolts and deadlocks.
