Replaced worn soffits and fascia’s and repair kitchen skylight. The work went over schedule although the quote didn’t change. Some of the roof tiles hadn’t been put back in place properly and the workman had to return. The skylight wasn’t fixed correctly and leaks into the kitchen. The company have refused to return to fix this and said they had told me the repair was only temporary which was absolutely not the case and totally untrue. The company would not respond to my correspondence. I would not recommend. Zero customer service and shoddy workmanship! So disappointing 🥹

Not bad over 800 positive reviews and we get 1 bad one. Obviously we full disagree with comments made. Firstly job complete a year ago, customer paid in full as was happy. During the job we fitted extra roof vents with no charge & free glass unit. Our contract asked us to investigate an already fitted roof light, which was poor quality badly installed and the only option was to seal it which the customer was happy with. Overall an example of a customer trying to get extra works with no charge. We are a long established local low cost quality product & service business. Regards Kevin.
