Replaced worn soffits and fascia’s and repair kitchen skylight. The work went over schedule although the quote didn’t change. Some of the roof tiles hadn’t been put back in place properly and the workman had to return. The skylight wasn’t fixed correctly and leaks into the kitchen. The company have refused to return to fix this and said they had told me the repair was only temporary which was absolutely not the case and totally untrue. The company would not respond to my correspondence. I would not recommend. Zero customer service and shoddy workmanship! So disappointing 🥹

Ed clearly knows his trade and worked efficiently with great attention to detail. The new door fits perfectly, looks great, and the area was left clean and tidy afterward. We recently had a new patio door fitted by Trade Windows and Doors. As they had previously fitted a patio door and cladding to our daughter’s house we knew that they would do a good job and we weren’t disappointed. From first contact they were very friendly, pleasant and efficient but weren’t at all pushy. We are very pleased with their work the cost was very fair - we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.
