This was the first time that I have used this Trader. The task was the free collection and disposal of scrap metal. I found him well presented, well spoken, polite and punctual. He completed the job efficiently and in doing so demonstrated his integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and that he is willing to going that extra mile. Inadvertently, within the scrap I left a new expensive battery electric drill. Its value far greater than that of the scrap. This was found when he unloaded the van. He phoned and informed me that he had found it and went out of his way to return it at his own expense.
