Daren was extremely quick in getting back to me after my initial enquiry, and came next morning (a Saturday, and slightly earlier than his advised time!). He was very clear and informative about what he would be doing to eliminate the wasps nest. The nest was treated and neutralised first time. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and to recommend him to my friends and neighbours.
