  Refurb

  Tran construction done a fantastic job of our refurb in Biggin Hill. We had some walls knocked through and to open our ktichen/living space, with a new kitchen, flooring, cabinetry, lighting and full plaster and decorate. Really pleased with the professionalism of tam and the team and would recommend them to others!

  Loft Conversions

  Builder/loft extension

  We had Tam carry out a loft conversion and we are over the moon with the results. The craftsmanship was splendid & communications were excellent. Would highly recommend him & his team. In fact we recommended him to a friend who carried out a side extension, new kitchen & under stairs toilet to her house.

  Refurb of 5 bedroom house

  Brick / Concrete Structural Repairs

  Extensive work to kitchen and outdoor works.

  All works carried out to an extremely high standard, these guys know what they are doing and they get the job done on time with no fuss. I had to ask for additional work but this was not a problem and they managed to fit this all in on schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

  Full Renovation (Almost)

  We hired Tam and his team to conduct a (near) full renovation of a flat we purchased. Works included removing render and plaster for damp proofing, replastering, creating wall openings internally and externally, fitting a new kitchen, new bathroom, fitting new flooring etc. We found Tam and his team to be reliable. While we faced some minor delays and extra costs at times (as is expected in any project), Tam and his team did a fantastic job, provided excellent advice to help us plan the renovation and were quick to address any concerns that we had. They are highly recommended!

  Tranconstructions was efficient in estimating, organising and delivery of scaffolding, rendering and painting. Also fixed a couple of minor issues on the way through.
