  Professional and efficient

Proffesional and friendly. Tam gave me a rough quote. Visited property and updated the work activities. Work commenced & completed as scheduled. Team cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommendable

  Excellent kitchen renovation

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough\. As a female I have had builders try to overcharge or take advantage before, so finding Tam and his team from the start that is honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced has meant a lot. They knocked through a wall and installed a beam, fitted and fix my whole kitchen/ dining room, created a downstairs toilet. They also sorted out measurement problems caused by my kitchen supplier and completed everything to a really high standard. I would definitely use them again.

  Refurb

Tran construction done a fantastic job of our refurb in Biggin Hill. We had some walls knocked through and to open our ktichen/living space, with a new kitchen, flooring, cabinetry, lighting and full plaster and decorate. Really pleased with the professionalism of tam and the team and would recommend them to others!

  Builder/loft extension

We had Tam carry out a loft conversion and we are over the moon with the results. The craftsmanship was splendid & communications were excellent. Would highly recommend him & his team. In fact we recommended him to a friend who carried out a side extension, new kitchen & under stairs toilet to her house.

Extensive work to kitchen and outdoor works.

All works carried out to an extremely high standard, these guys know what they are doing and they get the job done on time with no fuss. I had to ask for additional work but this was not a problem and they managed to fit this all in on schedule. I would highly recommend this company.
