Two bathroom refurbishments, one family bathroom and an en-suite
I would describe our experience as perfect. Probably the best workmanship I have come across. Fair and comprehensive quote. Started exactly when they said they would. Called out problems and resolved them as they went. A perfectionist approach, with such attention to detail. Lots of suggestions and questions that I would never have noticed but really made the difference. Complete bathroom removal & shower room installation
600 characters is not enough to do Jon, Ali and the team at Tranquil Bathrooms justice!!! The work was carried out to the highest levels of professionalism in a polite and friendly manner. The quality of their craftsmanship is off the scale, especially the tiling. The work area was left spotless everyday and Jon made sure I was updated with the progress at every stage. They clearly pride themselves on customer satisfaction and their reputation, nothing was too much trouble. Extremely impressed with Tranquil Bathrooms. Very professional. Astonished with the number of trades working together at the same time, all taking to each other and discussing any unforseen challenges with me so that on the spot decisions could be made. Refurbished Bathroom
Jon and his team were fantastic from day 1. They were reliable, friendly, courteous and professional at all times. We needed a bathroom completely refurbished and we're so pleased we chose Tranquil Bathrooms. Jon and his team laid protection flooring/covering to the hall, stairs and landing. Each night they cleared, tidied and hoovered, leaving everywhere spotless!! Their work was exceptional, from tiling to flooring to fitting the sanitary ware and painting. Absolutely brilliant!
