  Starlink installation

  I’ve been let down numerous times by other companies but incredibly pleased with Transam Aerial Solutions. He was so friendly, efficient, explained the process throughout and successfully got my Starlink kit set up and working. After almost a year of being frustrated by other companies, I am now online and good to go! Could not be happier and will certainly be recommending Transam to others (in fact, I already have!)

  Fixing a broken underground internet cable

  I work from home, so when some contractors doing the front garden dug up the internet cable with their digger, I was pretty hopeless, with virgin saying it would take 10 days to send someone out. The situation was looking bleak, but I took a chance and rang up Stephen, which has turned out to be the best decision I've taken in a while. He miraculously predicted exactly everything that had happened; digger + underground cable + Virgin, and literally within 24 hours, he had come round and fixed the issue within an hour of his arrival. Really can't emphasise enough just how helpful he was.
