  Kitchen fitting

  Arranged for work to start on the 6th Jan, didn’t show up. Had rescheduled me to the 13th Jan and hadn’t communicated. Then on the 9th Jan emailed me to double my quote. Week before my kitchen arrived. I had to cancel them and find someone else at the last minute. The job took 3 weeks to complete in the end due to this. So I was a single working mum without a kitchen for a month. Clearly didn’t want the job in the end!

  Wall Removal and Opening

  Phil and Jamie were very professional from the initial quotation to completion of the job. Jamie was excellent with communication throughout the project and kept us well informed with the timelines and any challenges faced. We are really impressed with the quality and detail of finish.   Conversion of garage to a room

  Phil Boyd, his team and the sub-contractors were excellent throughout. They turned up when they said they would and carried out every task thoroughly and professionally. They were all patient and answered any and every question! It was clear that they all took a pride in the work they were doing. We were very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use Phil and the Transparent Company again.

  Converted garage into garden room

  We found Phil, the Transparent team and their sub contractors to be a pleasure to deal with throughout. Phil quoted us twice - once on the basic set up and later on a more ambitious build. His advice about materials, features and cost reduction options was professional helpful and honest. All the builders were engaged with the job, pleasant to deal with, considerate to us and our neighbours and were always ready to work first thing each day. Again, they were happy to point out potential adjustment we might like to consider. The final build was as good as we had hoped and better. Super.
