Rang me back promptly to sort the quote and later to book in the job. Realised the day before that they’d need to move the start time by an hour - told me and then also let me know when about 10 mins away. Turned up when they said. After the work, they sent me photos to go along with the guarantee. Small job but done with no drama.

The original job was meant to be a small one. However, I had not realised my roof was in such a bad condition until it was explained to me and my husband. They were very sympathic and helpful. I was kept informed at every stages of the work. Very attentive and helpful. I was pleased with the service received.
