The review by mr Harper is pernicious and factually incorrect. Neither the RPSa or the governing body, the RICs upheld any element of his complaint.

TR Davies' recent survey of our home, prior to purchase, was misleading and factually incorrect. He displayed poor observation skills and lack of professional rigour and left us exposed to financial loss. Despite guidance from RICS about his future conduct, he continues to refuse to accept any culpability, or to offer any compensation.
