  Cutting back a large Sycamore Tree

  Treecare cut back a tree in our neighbour's garden which partially overhangs our garden. They used no ropes or safety nets and allowed large branches to fall into our garden from a great height, creating dangerous missiles which shattered through the garden; they made numerous large holes in our decking which was smashed in many places, our rendered walls and landscaping was damaged. By using rusty shovels, they gouged grooves into our limescale tiles. When approached they initially tried to deny responsibility and failed to even apologise. Their service is extremely poor.

  Pruning 4 large trees

  An outstanding job. The team of 4 were polite, cheerful and carefully expert. They left the garden (and front) spic and span. They pruned the trees with real thought and left them perfectly set for the winter. Highly recommended is also the chap who came round initially to size the job up: professional, on time and precise.

  Trimming of overhanging tree branches along a boundary fence in a conservation area.

  The Treecare team did not follow the Council Tree Works Order (TWO) required because the work was in a conservation area. They deliberately cut overhanging branches of trees that were not in the TWO despite being instructed not to. This is an offence. They threw offcuts into the neighbour's garden and also trespassed on that neighbour's land with no prior permission. In discussions they were abusive , obstructive and offensive towards that neighbour. The team even claimed there was a more current TWO which was a lie because their was not. This Firm and its employees are not to be trusted.

  Fully cleared overgrown 100ft London Garden, after 15 yrs of neglect. Incl 19 Trees, 2 trucks of Ivy

  Treecare worked over 3 lockdowns to clear a huge space, covering time and days to suit my long term plans. Great time keeping, attitude and site cleanliness. Good Professional Service, Great VFM and I got to keep the wood and chippings.... Thank you Soooo Much

  Cutting down and removal of large Rowan tree plus grinding down of stump

  The work involved cutting down and removing an old dying Rowan tree. The workers were friendly, efficient and carried out a good job. The garden was left looking very tidy following completion of the work. We do not have a side alleyway, therefore the garden can only be accessed by going through the house. The workers made sure that our floors were protected with coverings and took great care to ensure no damage was caused when moving machinery through the house and then taking away the tree. Altogether, I am very satisfied with their work.
