Tom was so helpful and efficient. He fixed the problem in record time and was able to come at short notice. Really great guy. Extremely happy!

Tom really saved the day for me when my husband discovered serval historic snagged power cables under our flooring, while trying to repair ‘squeaky’ floorboards. I put out a call for help at 15:30 in the afternoon and Tom responded within minutes and was round within 30mins to fix the problem. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. He resolved both problems and checked adjacent circuits to ensure these were not also exposed to similar issues. Brilliant service and I will definitely use Tom again.
