The communication with the tradesman was always clear and friendly, he was polite and approachable. His explanations of the scope of work were easy to understand. They were very punctual and reliable. The work was completed to a high standard.

James showed me sufficient work examples and soon quoted me in detail for a rebuild. He showed patience while I gained insurance-co-approval-to-proceed, and kept adjusting other project start dates to stay ready to proceed on mine asap.. Matching brick-colour wasn't easy as it had originally been built with mixed stock. Bricklaying had to look as near to identical to the remaining un-demolished wall. Excellent work. It now looks like original/new! Immaculate. And a super-clean site. You can view this work from a car window (TW12 2UW (87)) - on the corner of Carlisle & Gloucester Road.

Excellent job. James is incredibly nice and got in with the work to a very high standard with zero. Also very kindly gave some honest advise about another wall that needs some attention. Definitely will use again.
