James was great, booked in with him and he managed to fit us in the same the day! He found the faults and fixed the electrical issues we had. I’m extremely happy with the service received. The response to my job request was incredibly quick, and communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Although the shower installation turned out to be more complicated than initially expected, I was never made to feel like it was too much trouble. Every effort was made to ensure the installation was completed to the highest possible standard, with great care and attention to detail. The professionalism, workmanship and customer service were outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone.

James visited my property today to replace an internal garage light and roughly 12 plug sockets/light switches (including double plugs). James turned up when expected, he was very polite and friendly and worked really quickly considering the amount of work to be done. He even sorted a nightmare 'earth wiring' issue left by previous homeowners of my property. He cleaned up afterwards. His quote was very reasonable. James was also reliable and turned up on the date expected. It's hard to get good trades people these days and I will definitely use James again.

James was brilliant from first contacting me right through, he let me know the time he was coming and updated me on the day. He fitted my new kitchen light perfectly, even positioning the individual spots exactly where I wanted them. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional throughout.
