This company is the best for property maintanance, they are friendly chatty, polite caring, every day for 5 days these guys were terrific. They started work after I insisted they have coffee first, then they got on with the job, I have never had work men has nice as these people. Simon and all the staff at Trerise Property Maintenance are very professional. Always helpful and full of ideas to aid us when deciding what to do with our projects. As a result of their workmanship, we have used them on several occasions. Trerise Property Maintenance supplied great quality materials. Our Indian sandstone and cedar wood patio looks amazing and will last us for many years. I always recommend them to friends and family when they are looking for builders. One of my favourite things when using TPM is when they say they will be at your property to do a job. They always turn up.

The patio works are the latest in a long list of works carried out by Trerise PM over the last decade or more. This list includes an extension, bathrooms, re-rendering exterior, re-roofing, etc. On each occasion the work has been completed to an excellent standard. The staff are professional, helpful, courteous, efficient and hard working. The site is left clean and tidy at the end of each day and the works inspected daily. Any issues or queries are resolved swiftly and efficiently. We have further works planned with Trerise PM this year and would highly recommend them

Best builders I’ve had very professional men were lovely worked all day none stop no swearing, cleaned up before they went home, would definitely recommend them.
