  Highly recommended!

  We are so pleased with the work Stuart completed for us. We were dreading having the work done as we thought it would be so messy however we were really surprised. Stuart respected our home and ensured the disruption was minimal. His work is impeccable. We would highly recommend him.

  Penetrating Damp

  Having had an independent damp survey we were in need of a specialist to undertake the work required on two sides of the property Stuart explained very throughly what was needed to repair the damage, when they were to start and how long the job would take. He and Aaron were never late and left everything tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the finished work and I would throughly recommend Tri-County Preservations

  Damp course repairs and re plastering

  Stuart was the best of 5 quotes for the work. He's knowledgeable and patient when explaining what is needed, and how the job will be carried out. Methodical, tidy work and excellent service all round - on time, on budget and quality work delivered. Stuart's colleague Aaron also provided a high standard of work. Happy to recommend, and expect to instruct for further work on other future projects.

  Installation of new chemical damp proof course in two rooms

  The work completed by Tri-County Preservation was of the highest standard. Stuart managed to preserve and reinstate the old skirting boards and his plastering is excellent. Punctual and polite, it was a pleasure to have Stuart around and each day the working area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended .

  Survey of potential damp in a downstairs room

  I thought my damp proof had failed. I felt damp a room wall. Contaced Stuart. Who came to survey area. He was thorough, explained my readings were not accurate. He assured me his readings were all clearly within the normal expected in a domestic property. The outside, damp proof course and airbricks were suveyed, they were sound. I was relieved, having been worried all week. I told him to charge me for the call out. Stuart was very gracious and declined saying he was on his way home and glad to help. He certainly did that as he put my mind at ease. A truly honsest, honorable tradesman.
