I’ve used Gareth for EICRs on my rental properties before, and again this year. Efficient, professional and reliable as always.

Gareth was very professional and explained what would happen at each stage. He first asked what my requirements were and I needed a complete rewire. We made a plan and he carried out the works. Gareth’s quote was very competitive and all areas were cleaned afterwards when he had finished. It wasn’t easy for him as I had many trades in my home all at once. Thank you Gareth for making my home safe for me to use and I have no worries about anything going bang anymore. He’s a lovely kind gentle mannered man. I had no worries about leaving him a key to let himself in and lockup afterwards.
