Mark was great, he came to give me a quote at a time convenient for myself as I don’t work from home. Then once booked arrived when he said he would and completed the work without fuss. I paid via direct debit and he sent me the invoice over quicker than agreed. He had a lovely personality and very calm and trusting which is what I want when hiring someone to work in my home.
