I'm not happy with the quality of the work.

Quote involved a bay window roof and gutter leak repair. I was told both of these jobs were done but I noticed the gutter still leaking. Lewis advised the sealant wasn't working and I needed a gutter replacement (extra cost of £1000). I said I'd prefer if he could come back to look at the sealant as it looked like a small bit of water getting through. Lewis said he would come by and apply some more (Oct 2024). I have contacted numerous times but heard nothing so I asked another roofer to do the repair. This roofer took a pic of the gutter and no silicone to be seen!Shocking service

My Ridge tile had blown off in the wind I called lewis he came out replaced the ridge and secured the rest.

Came out quoted and fixed leak can’t complain at all great quick and efficiently service would recommend and use again

The tradesman that came around to look at the issue the first day was quick to arrive, although the quote for a single joint replacement was set at £120 which was significantly above market value. However, the person that actually arrived for the job tried to upsell me for a whole extra gutter replacement, did not manage to source the right part (spent over 2 hours trying to find a very standard part), then left it 4 days until I contacted him again to confirm a new time, and when asked for the quote suggested it might be £150 now. Unprofessional.
