Alarm fitted
We contacted Tritech to have an alarm fitted at our home. They were quick to respond, quote and complete the job. Their quote was competitive, their knowledge of the products they provided was brilliant. They suggested the best alarm for us and we felt comfortable with them working in our house. Upgrade consumer unit, replaced all sockets, light fittings and switches. Fitted new kitchen lights,.
Had been told needed a house rewire so contact Tri Tech has had used previously Tim came out to look suggested a full electric test then informed me of what needed doing. Quote very acceptable so went ahead with work which was carried out within a month of accepting. Nothing too much trouble even added things after initial quote. Tom and Tony arrived on time very friendly and left everything neat and tidy. Very trustworthy left them with keys while I was at work. Serviced an older alarm and replaced wiring
Serviced a house alarm which was fairly old, and noticed a wiring issue. They managed to come back and complete the work to a high standard and insisted doing it in a more ‘thorough’ way than my suggestion, which shows the competence and quality of their workmanship. Replacement of back-up battery. Replacement of bell box. Change of key pads. Full alarm service.
The technician who attended was prompt, courteous and efficient. He carried out all the requested tasks and checked with me before leaving that I was satisfied before payment.
