Applying sealant to brickwork over windows
This was a very small job and I wondered if a builder would want to be bothered with it. Troy came to see it on a Sunday, and made time to do the work a few days later. Very good of him, considering it could hardly have been worth his while. He is pleasant and reassuring, and I was delighted to hear that he also does decorating - so next summer, hopefully, we'll be asking him to do some interior work.

Terrace cellar renovation
Troy and his associates could not have been more helpful in the planning, costing and completion of the work. They kept us informed about details fully throughout and took great care to accommodate C-19 shielding. Will be using their services again and would recommend them highly.

Bricked up a large window with the original wall brick
Troy was very polite and respectful . Kept the work area tidy . And completed the job to a very high standard would definitely recommend and Will be using again ,

Extension to the side of my property
Troy is a really pleasant, down to earth man and explained everything really well from start to finish. We were recommended to Troy through a friend however we did get several other quotes. Troy wasn’t necessarily the cheapest option for us but we found he was the most approachable and didn’t come with the ‘big branded company speal’. The extension was built exactly to our requirements and Troy made some great recommendations of alternatives throughout the build. I now recommend Troy to everyone I know for any job big or small.

Reconfigurations and orangery
Troy was easy to speak with and kept timescales moving with each aspect of the reconfigurations walls came down and steels went in safely. Having the conservatory removed and an orangery has allowed more usage of the space all year round.
