    Crack's in pebble dash render repaired

    Tyler and his team, were professional and tidy, his team were on time and worked hard all day to get the job done. Like any repair job, other issues arose and the team bought them to our attention and advised us accordingly. I'd recommend TR Property Maintenance for a highly professional and reliable service.

    Removal of render/pebbledash and new pebbledash

    Tyler and his team were great and I would recommend TR Property Maintenance. Communicated every step of the way and also gave me some additional advice on the work being done. They done a great job and I am very happy with the new pebbledash. Very professional, efficient and tidy.

    Rendering, plastering and painting of an outside wall

    Tyler, Michael and Charlie could not have been more personable, professional and diligent. They always turned up when they said they would (weather permitting!) and carried out the work to a very high standard with the minimum of fuss always making sure to clean up after themselves. They were kind enough to also help my elderly neighbours with some guttering issues they were experiencing.

    Front of house re-rendering

    Tyler and his team were absolutely fantastic! Communication was always clear and they fitted around our schedules they were friendly and polite and always left the place spotless. He even filled in a crack in our bricks for free and knocked 100 quid off the total price! We're so happy with how our house looks now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tyler and his team to anyone!

Specializing in Any kind of Landscaping, Pebble Dashing and Rendering also not a stranger to other trades.

Like to keep customers happy and confident with our work.

All Staff have over 10 years’ experience and are fully trained.

There are five of us, when we work, we work hard like to get the job done properly.

With many happy and returning customers over the last 15 years, you can be sure of being well looked after.

Our aim is to provide a stress-free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations.

We work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well.

Our customers are accustomed the outstanding quality of projects we complete, by sourcing quality materials with experienced Installers, we create truly bespoke masterpieces lasting our customers many years.

We give between 1 year to 15 years guarantee depending on the kind of work that we have completed.

We do not use sub-contractors, all crews are employed with at least 10 years’ experience in all types of landscaping, pebble dashing and rendering.

An assessment/diagnosis of the issue, if needed, will be carried out free of charge.

Not only do we protect your home or business, but we will also transform it giving a newly renovated look.

We make it a point of priority to provide our customers with peerless service in terms of reliability, durability and quality.

Once the work is done, we will always make ourselves available if you encounter any problems and will help to resolve them, no matter who is at fault.

whilst working at customers properties/businesses always use PPE but the majority of our work is normally outside.
