  Good communication and efficient install

  I had a domestic installation of an air to air heat pump plus three internal units. Communcation was excellent throughout, including sourcing an acoustic cover to meet noise requirements. The two engineers, Paul and Charlie, who carried out the work, were friendly, tidy and efficient. Very pleased overall and would definitely recommend.

  Successful AC installation

  We had a full AC system installed and Tom was great overseeing the project. When we had a couple of minor challenges, Tom was excellent at proposing solutions and his onsite team was very friendly and professional. We have one external cooler running five wall mounted units.

  We have been using TRS for many years and they never fail to impress. Always arrive promptly ready to go. Engineers are always very friendly and accommodating.   Friendly Efficiency

  This morning, with a prompt arrival, my first annual service of my air conditioning system took place. The friendly young man was very efficient and kindly gave me a update on the intricacies of the remote handset, when he'd finished. This all took place in a relatively short space of time and I'm now reassured that my system functions perfectly.

  So impressed with TRS Cooling. Tristan came out to quote for two units and we were more than happy with the quote. Pietro and Dean came to install the aircon, which took two days over the hottest two days this year!
