New guttering and repairing some leaks
Starting with the things that I would describe as acceptable…Tomasz was polite, did the job very quickly and tidied everything after finishing the job. Now these points don’t have any purpose because the jobs were done poorly. Sure, the guttering was new, but they didn’t even bother removed the old fascia and just screwed brand new plastic ones over old rotting ones. The guttering was fitted too long, where the window in one of the rooms couldn’t even open. And all the leaks that they ‘fixed’ all worse than ever before. We had all new Deep plastic guttering supplied and fitted
The people seemed very efficient but when we had heavy rains the water came in through the eaves. The insurance company tell me that the falls of the guttering are wrong and therefore the water is filling the deep guttering to the point it overflows. They also state that in places the guttering is too low compounding the issue. Repairs to roof due to raining in
I sought help because I had a leak in my bay window. I found a local roofer and booked for them to attend. When the original repair was booked they attended and and charged £850.00 Unfortunately after a couple of days it was still raining in causing yet more damage internally. After several attempts to contact them the company they then returned to fix the repair again but again but it was still raining in. After contacting the company yet again I was informed over the phone that a FULL roof was required and quoted £3k a independent roofer quoted £475 to fix the botch job.Verified reviewerJob location: BB5
