True build responded quickly to our request for the work and came the next day to do the job. The job was done well and we are pleased with the result. It was a small job but Truebuild clearly undertake large building and renovation projects and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Excellent work, completed on time. Good communication, planning, reliability and workmanship & competitive price. Scott and his team easy to talk with, answering any of my questions or when I wanted to understand something & when they needed to clarify specifications. So it was explained well. High quality work. The company completed various jobs including replacing a toilet, replacing a wooden ceiling and finding and fixing a leaking pipe. We engaged Truebuild at short notice as our original builder let us down. Scott responded promptly and provided clear quotations. The Truebuild team were easy to work with, cheerful and practical and changes to specifications were agreed without complaint. was very efficient on the electrical work and the carpentry was done to a high standard.
