Peter at True Colours has just finished the external works at our home. This included repairs to cracks in the rendering, preparing all walls and applying 3 coats of weathershield. We are extremely happy with the results. Peter is very experienced and knowledgeable and we felt confident about his recommendations and advice. He arrived on time every day and worked diligently and quietly without any loud music blaring out. The project was completed in just 2.5 weeks.

House was re-rendered last autumn and left to dry out till May. Peter did an excellent job with great care and attention to detail. Firstly the exterior pipe work and windows were taped up. As it was new render a mist coat was applied followed by three further coats resulting in an immaculate finish. Peter was very tidy; dustsheets were put down to catch any drips or spray from the roller. I was kept informed at every stage as the weather had turned a little unsettled. I would highly recommend True Colours.

Peter did an excellent job for us painting our fascias and soffits. His quote was reasonable and good communication throughout the process. He is hard-working and spent a good amount of time on the preparation. Access was challenging to some of the roof areas, but this was not a problem and the finished results speak for themselves.

Very happy with Peter and his work. His quoting process is informative and transparent. When he noticed additional parts left by the construction he attended to those such as caulking. I have more work lined up for later this year when he is free. I will let Peter share photo's of his work rather than butcher it with my own.

Peter was completing a two day job, repairing and painting an exterior wall. He was hardworking, very quiet in his manner and reliable. Did an excellent job. Thoroughly decent person and would highly recommend him.

Peter completed exterior stone & timber painting works and renovation of our 130+yr old Victorian sash windows earlier this year. He took them on after another painter did a poor job and was meticulous, taking great care to ensure everything was prepped and completed to a very high standard. He was punctual, friendly, clean & tidy and his quote was spot on. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for any decorating work & will certainly be using him again in future.
