Did not turn up on the arranged day. Painter arrived the following day and spent approximately three and a half hours painting a kitchen ceiling and three walls. Poor work. Areas not painted and other areas patchy. Communication with True Colours was awful.

The work painting our hall, stairs and landing and lounge walls and ceilings and ceilings in the bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom was all done to a very high standard. We usually do our own painting and decorating but family circumstances meant we called in the professionals and we are really glad we did. I'm very happy to recommend this company.

Didn’t turn up to right address on first day, time keeping appalling and communication, didn’t do what I’d asked left a mess on the carpet, rude to a family member when she tried to explain what I had wanted done. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all

Had kitchen walls and ceiling painted. A second rate job, if even that, lots of patchy areas and parts not painted at all on the walls. Wish I'd cancelled True Colours after the no show the previous day. I had to contact them to find out that nobody would be turning up. Painter did the work yesterday. Have tried ringing today, got through and was told he'd ring back. STILL WAITING. Would definitely not recommend anyone to use this company.. They either don't turn up or arrive late. and the quality of work is very poor.

Reggie and his team did an excellent job repainting my entire house. They filled any small holes from picture hangers and did the entire job over the Easter bank holiday weekend. Can’t fault them, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
