    From the very start to the end of the project, True Damp Specialist delivered an exceptional high level of professionalism and transparency. The reports were exceptionally detailed, allowing for deeper understand of the work to be carried out before any commitment. During the project the following up were prompt, detailed and explained the next steps . There were never any surprises. As the project progressed, any further work that may have been required were discussed openly before any go ahead decision were made.

    Really are Specialists!

    What an amazing company. Professional, knowledgeable and very good at what they do. From the initial survey to completion of the job I was kept informed throughout. The survey was very thorough and showed exactly where the problem came from. The black mould in my property was very bad and causing health issues. I can honestly say that Rob and Steve have worked wonders and the mould is now gone. They were able to work with us in a way that helped enormously and that allowed us to stay at home while the work was carried out. Thank you True Damp Specialists for everything you have done for us.

    5 stars - great bloke

    We recently experienced a leak that caused significant water damage to our bathroom and flooring, so we contacted Rob for a quote to assess the extent of the damp. From the outset, he was incredibly supportive and professional, taking the time to guide us through every step of the process and clearly explain what needed to be done. His report was both thorough and easy to understand, giving us real confidence in how to move forward. He also made himself available to answer questions at any time, which really helped ease our worries during what has been a very stressful situation. Recommend!

    Damp survey

    I have an older property which has had damp problems since I moved in 8 years ago. I have tried several people but none of them have been as helpful as Rob. Rob responded very quickly and came to do his survey within a few days. He talked me through everything he found and produced a detailed report the next day. Highly recommended

    Damp survey

    The process from start to finish was outstanding it was a pleasure meeting Rob who explained clear defined steps and detailed knowledge surrounding damp issues. The report was equally impressive lots of detailed analysis along with thermal imaging to show the root cause and added remedial actions to undertake to tackle the issues cant recommend highly enough
