Most of the job was fine, the issue came from a kitchen panel being incorrect and them fitting laminate around it. I suggested after that despite it not being their fault, i would have expected the fitter to notice their was an issue and to question it. Their response was that they cannot rectify and they never check this type of thing, and sent a laughing face. Not the treatment you would expect towards a customer with a problem. I was also surprised they did not take away the rubbish and cuttings.

True flooring did an outstanding job with helping me and my family choose a floor that was perfect for our home and installed it flawlessly making our home feel complete, we couldnt be any happier with the result. The team were very professional and efficient. The process of deciding on a new floor is surprisingly difficult but they were very helpful in every step of the way and helped me decide on a floor that was both practical and aesthetically pleasing for the space. Overall I would highly recommend True flooring as their professionalism and attention to detail made the process easier

True flooring Ltd carried out work at my house , They supplied from he’s flooring shop in(HA89qp Edgware)and fitted a new engineered oak floor for 3 rooms and hall way . I found the price very competitive and job was carried out very promptly by Hamid and he’s team and I would highly recommend true flooring LTD

True Flooring completed a high quality upgrade of our ground floor flooring system. Replacing rotten joists, fitting insulation boarding with electric underfloor heating, cement levelling and then laying premium herringbone wood flooring to a high standard of finish. They were excellent throughout the process and Hamid’s responsiveness to issues and questions which naturally arose was always quick and reassuring. The pricing was also extremely competitive and so overall the outcome we achieved was superb value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending TF. 5 Stars all round!!
