From the outset Geoff explained what he recommended how best to achieve the results I required and how much and how long the work would take. He provided a comprehensive detail cost breakdown, samples of the materials he would use and a time scale. Throughout the project he kept me informed of progress and proactively invited me to engage in the process and inspect the project as it went along. He and his team were always polite, clean and tidy. Extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use them again. In fact already have done so.
