  General Carpentry

Fixing door and making it secure again.

I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of Konrad and the work he did for my grandmother. Although I didn’t personally meet Konrad, as the work was carried out at my Nan’s home, I was kept fully informed and was incredibly impressed with the care, professionalism and effort that went into the job. Konrad also came with a friend who completed the work, and together they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to a really high standard. Most importantly, my Nan was absolutely delighted with the work. She was so pleased not only with the finished result, but also with how helpful, considerate and thoughtful Konrad was throughout. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure his customers are happy, rather than simply coming in, completing the work and leaving. Going above and beyond really does sum up the experience. Knowing my grandmother was looked after so well and was left so happy with the work means a lot to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Konrad to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and genuinely caring tradesman. He comes with my highest possible recommendation, and we would absolutely use him again.
