I bought a house and wanted my own survey doing despite the seller’s having one carried out, prior to purchase. Trueline were really helpful and careful to explain everything in the CCTV survey in detail so I understood. Only a clean and descale were required to get the system up to scratch, but I’ll be using them again if I have any future issues.

This was the third company I had out to survey and quote for my blocked outside drain. Out of the three, I had no hesitation in choosing Trueline. George and Sam were very honest, reporting and quoting for only necessary works and not trying to hustle extra money that I can’t afford at the moment. They also gave me a comprehensive report and a long guarantee, to cover their work. I will be recommending them to anyone who requires drainage works.

George was excellent and very thorough at finding the root cause of our problem. Rates were very reasonable in comparison to other companies and after a no obligation quote, we went ahead and the work was carried out the next day to a very high standard and all left clean and tidy afterwards.
