Truetec were brilliant responded straight away came next day it was an old cooker so he had to get the parts rang to day he was on his way next day fitted it all tested it and I half a cooker that will last. I am so pleased as he can repair all electrical appliances and I am so relieved that he is now known to us and we trust him, also he is cheaper than most but such a professional. Charming young man.

Excellent service from start to finish. Responded promptly and answered all my questions clearly about timings and costs. An appointment was arranged for the following morning, arrived on time, and completed the repair efficiently despite it proving to be more complicated than originally expected. Had a problem with my fridge freezer. Ben came out, correctly diagnosed fault and ordered the replacement part. Came back once it was in and fixed the fridge freezer. Everything done in a timely fashion. No mess. No trouble. Would recommend.

Ben was brilliant with communication both with myself and my husband. Ben discovered that the leak wasn’t actually coming from the washing machine but was actually the waste pipe! Checked the washing machine was ok.

Exceptional service throughout, kept up to date with parts and even came back early to fix the part as it had arrived early. Highly recommend. Professional and polite throughout.
