Adrian was really helpful. He arrived on time, was quick and thorough and tidied up after the job was completed. Adrian serviced my gas boiler and it was a very positive experience. Excellent communication - he sent me photos of all of the work, and explained everything he had done. Really friendly and incredible value for money. He also installed a gas fire for my parents (they recommended him to me) and they were very impressed with his work. Not only is Adrian is a very amiable man, with excellent communication, he is an excellent tradesman. He arrived on time and on discovering a potentially dangerous situation with our gas boiler, he sourced the part locally, went for it, and fitted it within the hour. Adrian turned up promptly and carried out the job efficiently. He seemed to do a lot more than the firm that carried out my last year’s service and explained what he was doing and what I should do if the problem I’d been having with the pump happened again. Ade was a pleasure to deal with - always polite and friendly and professional, and he takes real pride in his work. He was also very patient and good-humoured when my old thick-walled house didn't want to let the Hive hub signal reach the Hive thermostat in a different part of the house: he stuck with it until everything was working reliably.
