Upvc porch installation
Dissapointing service. Initially told by salesman that the work would be completed within 6 weeks. After several calls, personal visits to their office the porch was installed 16 weeks after contract signed. The roof leaked, was resealed and still leaks. There are air gaps between the porch and the house where the wind whistles through. Despite talking to the apologetic lady in the office, I'm still waiting for her to call me back with an appointment to rectify the defects. Would I recommend them to my friends? No way!

Unprofessional
Asked for prices for French windows-guy attended measured provided price, emailed regarding design -job was his and after a number of emails and contacting the office -lady in office very apologetic, he still didn’t respond. Such a shame not to give this and other building work we had planned to a local company. If you don’t want be messed about stear clear of Truplas

No Response to Enquiry
Very disappointing. Phone contact promised within 48hrs of enquiry, none received at time of writing this review. Can only assume work required is too small to warrant consideration.

Conservatory and windows.
Two conservatories and numerous windows fitted over a period of 10 years. A good relationship but for the last 2 years words fail me in my efforts to get service calls and repairs done. I have never had a call back and had to visit the showroom numerous times to find out what's happening. Thanks but no thanks.

3 x bedroom windows removed and new ones fitted.
Excellent work done. Very quick and extremely tidy. Very happy with everything.
