We don't sell, we consult, fill out a professional quotation and if you decide to use us we project manage all installations from initial enquiry to completion. We pride ourselves on our after sales processes and enthusiastic manor in which we deal with customers. This ranges from both a new product installation as well as any warranty related work requested and our customers come back to us because of this.

We use only the best windows/door profiles, glass and hardware that can well exceed the Fensa and building regulation standards and have a 'fit the highest grade product, to a high standard' ethos to minimise issues further down the line. So what can you expect?

a. A friendly welcome both over the telephone, in person and onsite by our design specialist.

b. Should you choose to instruct us to carry out your home improvement, your order will be processed at our main offices, you will then shortly receive a welcome letter detailing your project, a site surveyor will be arranged to call and accurately measure your new product requirements and then a suitable date will be arranged for your installation over the coming weeks.

c. Your project will be registered with our insurance backed warranty scheme, thus providing your deposit, work in progress and even your after sales guarantees....................

c. On completion your installer will ensure you are given clear guidance on product operation and make sure you are happy with the job undertaken, prior to you completing our onsite satisfaction forms.

d. Your job will be run through our post installation check list at our main offices, all your guarantee paperwork and energy performance certificates (if applicable) will be sent to your home address.

e. Finally you will receive your fensa certification of conformity in the post a few weeks after installation (if applicable) to provide peace of mind that your work has been completed to a building regulations standard.
