I called Sam this evening as our patio doors wouldn't lock. She asked me some questions and for some photos of the locking system and got back to me very quickly with a quote to replace it. I agreed on the quote and she arrived half hour later. On inspection, Sam said that the whole system did not, in fact, need replacing and managed to fix the lock for alot less than was quoted. Reliable, honest and very pleasant- I would not hesitate to recommend Sam.

Sam was fantastic, explained all the options on the phone, was very polite,arrived on time and got the work done with minimal fuss (on a very old & decayed set of patio doors). Would not hesitate to recommend her or get her around for any future work.

Someone was with me within an hour, promptly got me access back into the property and replaced both locks. They were clear about the cost from the beginning, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy. Communication was great. I would recommend them and would use them again should I need to.

My partner organised for them to come and fix a lock on the back door of my flat. They were on time and as also sorted the front door lock within the same price. Good value and service. Would recommend.
