Great experience with TRS to complete a garage conversion. Laura in the office was super helpful and when Paul came to quote he gave us so much confidence with his attention to detail and suggestions/tips showing his experience. Daniel was fantastic and made it so easy to have builders in the house for the week, especially with a baby, everyone was so professional and considerate. The job was completed in 4 days rather than the allocated 5 and we are thrilled with the result. We wouldn’t think twice about using TRS for work in the future. Highly recommend.

From the start the team has been absolutely brilliant with us. The team arrived on time to remove the old kitchen. They tidied up any mess and had the old kitchen disposed of properly. The fitting team arrived the very next day. Paul was always early and discussed what work was going to be carried out on that day. At the end of each day further discussions were had to say what was done. Everything was tidied and swept each day. The kitchen itself is looking magnificent and the team have done other little jobs to make it even better and at no extra expense.

Recently had my bathroom renovated by the team at TRS. Very friendly staff nothing was a problem any questions I had were always answered and explained in great detail. Cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day which was really appreciated.

6 week job took 6 months and the build we s never came back after we raised multiple issues. Terrible communication. Awful plastering. Job not carried our as agreed. House left in a mess. Loads of damage to our house. No oke came for wreks during winywr with wondows missing in the back. When workmen did arrive they came without necessary tools or information on what they were supposed to be doing.

Arranged someone to come to do an estimate for renovating my bathroom. Had to book time off because they don't offer appointments outside of 8-4. Was given an hour window and then no one turned up. Messaged back on here to ask what was happening and no one has even replied to this. Can't speak for their actual workmanship as I haven't had the chance to see it.

For most part happy with job. Lads are a great bunch and work extremely hard, polite and courteous. Issues with communication between the sub contractors, too long between teams coming in to complete work, no response when trying to contact. Some rudeness in responses Estimated 4 week job ended up as 13 weeks. Payments taken but left with no work carried out and no updates. Bad communication resulted in unexpected costs. For the communication, length of time to complete the job and unexpected costs I would not use again.
