flat roof repair
Trustmark attended my property to view my flat roof. They said they could execute an effective repair and I agreed to pay them £1,000. I signed a contract and they attended on Saturday 20 April. They took less than 3 hours on the job, but assured me it was good. I paid £1,000 and on Monday 22 May received a 1 year written guarantee certificate which I duly countersigned. On Saturday 25 April it rained heavily and the roof leaked. I contacted them the next day and was assured they would repair it. They have sent no-one to fix it and now ignore my calls or texts.
